TELL US A BIT ABOUT THE CHARACTER YOU PLAY?
Lucy, married to Bruno and mum to 5 year old Angelica is confident and fun loving, though this is repressed by Bruno's controlling nature. She joins him in showing a perfect family image to the world, but at home she resents his bullying and is scared of it.

REMIND US OF THE LAST TIME WE SAW YOUR CHARACTER AT THE END OF FOOTBALLERS' WIVES SERIES 4.
Lucy left Bruno and had run off with Angelica to start a new life with Giles Arrowsmith. Giles turned out to be mentally unstable and tried to kill them all. The last scene showed her Lucy and Angelica unconscious in a car full of exhaust fumes.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY ABOUT PLAYING YOUR CHARACTER?
Lucy experiences so many different situations and emotions which are fun to play, though hard work. She's a wife, mother and friend with many ambitions of her own as well.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE AND DISLIKE ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER IF YOU WERE INTRODUCED IN REAL LIFE?
I would like Lucy's wardrobe, daughter, patience, tenacity and bravery. I'd dislike her choice of man and the fact that she hasn't tried to forge a new life for her and Angelica, based around security, not fear.

WHAT ARE THE SIMILARITIES/DIFFERENCES BETWEEN YOU AND THE CHARACTER YOU ARE PLAYING?
We share the same dress sense, determination and a maternal side. But I would never accept being treated like Lucy from any man, plus I place no importance on material things for their own sake.

WHAT DO YOU THINK VIEWERS WILL THINK OF THIS EXTENSION TO FOOTBALLERS' WIVES?
I'm really not sure but hopefully they'll see it as an independent series with as much to offer as the 'big' series. It also has a refreshing style of its own.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST PROFESSIONAL ACTING ROLE?
A munchkin in the Wizard of Oz aged about 8, but my first job as an adult, aged 20, was an advert for Walkers Crisps in my final year at drama school.

WHERE WERE YOU BORN AND BROUGHT UP?
In Preston, Lancashire but I moved down south about ten years ago.

WHERE DO YOU LIVE NOW?
In Hertfordshire

DO YOU SUPPORT A FOOTBALL TEAM?
Not really, but I do like watching England play in the big competitions like the World Cup.

WHAT IS YOUR STAR SIGN AND DO YOU BELIEVE IN THEM?
Aquarius, and no I don't.

WHAT'S THE BEST THING ABOUT BEING INVOLVED WITH EXTRA TIME?
It's a lovely cast and crew and some more lovely wages!

HAVE YOU FILMED A MEMORABLE SCENE YET?
Lucy's had plenty of emotional scenes, which can really bring me down. It was very sad filming Angelica possibly dying in hospital. I cried my eyes out and had to try hard to stop sobbing after 'cut'!

WHAT ARE YOU HOPING TO DO AFTER FINISHING FILMING THE SERIES?
I am hoping and planning to go on a year-delayed honeymoon, as I got married just before starting series four of Footballers' Wives last year.

WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR FREE TIME? ANY HOBBIES OR SPORTS YOU ENJOY?
I enjoy working out at the gym several times a week plus I enjoy horse riding. I also like to cook, watch films and chill out with my husband and friends.
